Catherine Rollstin March 3, 1948 - Dec. 9, 2004 Catherine Rollstin, 56, of Farmington passed away Thursday, Dec. 9, 2004, in Farmington. She was born March 3, 1948, in Lincoln, Neb., to Clyde and Carol Reikofski. Cathy is survived by her husband, Gary of Farmington; son, Andrew of Durango, Colo.; mother, Carol Reikofski of Loveland, Colo.; mother-in-law, Marie Rollstin of Loveland, Colo.; brothers, Mike Reikofski and wife, Sharon, and Roger Reikofski and wife, Helen; brother-in-law, David Rollstin and Kathy Knapp; and nieces and nephews, Erin, Dewey, Cora and Ann Reikofski, and Jessica Rollstin. Cathy was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Reikofski. Cathy was known for reading a book while walking on College Blvd. and on 30th Street. Services for Cathy will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Dec. 13, 2004, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1221 E. 20th Street, with Pastor Robert Neubauer officiating.
