Randy Bruns

Randall Paul (Randy) BRUNS was born in Fort Collins in February of 1948 and passed away suddenly in his home in Beaverton, Ore., on May 24, 2008.

He was raised on a farm north of Loveland and graduated from Loveland High School in 1966. He graduated from the University of Colorado in engineering in 1970 and received his MBA from the University of Denver in 1974. He held various positions in the computer industry in Colorado, California and Oregon. He enjoyed fishing and prospecting for gold.

He is survived by his parents, Loren and Louise Bruns of Loveland and Pat Jones of Beaverton, Ore.; brothers, Rich Bruns (Linda) of Beaverton, Dennis Colton (Kim) and Rob Bruns (Chris) of Loveland; and sister, Barb McCarty (John) of Colorado Springs.

A service for the family and close friends will be held at the Loveland Good Samaritan Village chapel at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 14.
